Sharol has broad experience in all aspects of accounting and financial management. She has hands on involvement in planning, development and implementation of business practices, systems and protocols to ensure company growth; as well as coordinating all aspects of projects from inception to completion.
Sharol has the ability to manage multiple assignments efficiently within tight deadline schedules. She demonstrates high-level skills with maximum production, working both independently and in a team environment; ascertains needs and goals, streamlines existing operations, envisions new concepts and implements same as appropriate.
Sharol holds a BM in Accounting and Finance from the University of Waikato, New Zealand, and has been admitted to the Institute of Chartered Accountants New Zealand.
