A good track record
We are proud to have managed the implementation of Open Access for the Maui Pipeline for Shell, OMV and Todd Energy. In doing so, Transact designed and built a new business, including commercial and governance structures, accounting and financial systems, business processes, risk management systems and customer and supplier contractual arrangements.
Transact is the co-sponsor of the annual Cook Strait Whale Project, which surveys the annual migration of humpback whales through the Cook Strait, New Zealand. Transact supports the project by providing financial resources, operations management expertise and project personnel.
